PROCS – ASIA PACIFIC-China-Wuhan
Wuhan – gIMM PROCS Implementation TX9 Wuhan (China). The plant produces the Instrumental Panels for a new model of the joint venture Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën car manufacturer, named with the project TX9. The process controlled by PROCS assures the correct assembly of the components (Glovebox, Airbag, Air Channels, etc), interacts with the machines on the production line and stores all the relevant security data collected on the line. PROCS will manage 10 workstations.

LINCS – EMEA-Germany-Kandel
New plant: Kandel – LINCS Kandel (Germany). The plant will implement a LINCS sequencing system in order to supply to Daimler Wörth plant in Germany 3 types of goods: “Blende” and the upper and lower part of footstep (Einstieg). The system will implement the standar functionalities: message processing, Container management, sequence and container labels printing, warning system, ECS system for sequence and truck validation and SAP file generation. Additionally it will include a Redelivery function in case OEM requests a part to be delivered again, and a picking list printing with the location of the parts in the stock warehouse.

LINCS – EMEA-Slovakia-Lozorno
New plant: Lozorno VW – LINCS The plant will implement one LINCS system to set up a sequencing system for Porsche Leipzig plant deliveries. The parts that the system willl manage will be front and rear bumpers for VW models (Cayenne, Touareg and Up). The system will implement the standar functionalities: message processing, container management, sequence and container labels printing, warning system, ECS system for sequence and SAP file generation.

LINCS – EMEA-Slovakia-Lozorno
New plant: Lozorno Porsche – LINCS The plant will implement one LINCS system to set up a sequencing system for Volkswagen Bratislava deliveries. Front and Rear bumpers will be sequenced from forecast files, then parts will be delivered and sent to Logistic Operator who will manage final delivery to OEM. The system will implement the standar functionalities: message processing, container management, sequence and container labels printing, warning system, ECS system for sequence and SAP file generation. Additionally it will have a Manual Launch function to allow the user start manually the delivery process for one vehicle. A special interface will be developed to coordinate production on SAP and LINCS system and a TSL module generation file to send SAP and Porsche.
