The objective of the first project was to double the production capacity of the line, while the second project focused on the integration of additional control systems to enhance operational efficiency.OEM: VARIOUS
LINCS EMEA-SPAIN-Martorell
The project involves rolling out in GIMM LINCS an API REST interface (which is already implemented in other sequencing picking areas of this OEM) to share the content of sequenced containers from the material supermarkets to external picking systems.OEM: SEAT
PROCS EMEA-MOROCCO-Kenitra
The project involves implementing a new production line in GIMM PROCS for producing commodities for Stellantis in Morocco. This line will consist of 15 workstations, of which 5 will be new and 10 will be refurbished from other lines. OEM: STELLANTIS, VW
PROCS AMERICA-MEXICO-Puebla
The customer is set to deploy two self-implementations within a GIMM PROCS installation. The first involves configuring a new production line consisting of 16 workstations, most of which are repurposed from other lines, allowing them to produce parts for different lines and vehicles. The second involves configuring two new injection workstations.OEM: STELLANTIS, VW
LINCS AMERICA-USA-Old Fort
An enhancement has been requested for the GIMM LINCS system to include two timestamps for different validation events in a cmonitoring screen. Additionally, modifications are required to the Just-In-Sequence (JIS) label to include the operator who performed the validation, or who made the label reprint.OEM: FORD
LINCS & PROCS AMERICA-MEXICO-Puebla
The new project involves implementing the management of the Just-In-Sequence process along with production control and traceability at a new plant. Therefore, both GIMM LINCS and PROCS modules are required. GIMM is set to replace the existing outdated legacy systems, which presents a significant challenge as the project will start from scratch without any ramp-up, meaning that the transition will be directly from initiation to full operation.OEM: VW
LINCS EMEA-SPAIN-Vitoria
Due to the change in the EDI Just-In-Sequence messaging format being implemented by the OEM, GIMM LINCS system is being adapted to ensure compatibility. This adaptation is crucial as it affects all Tier-1 suppliers, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy, and establishing standardization of data exchanges.OEM: MERCEDES
WEBPICKING EMEA-POLAND-Gorzow
Installation and configuration of the WebPicking system at this plant, which has been successfully running a GIMM PROCS system for several years. The new WebPicking system will also interface with a pick-to-light installation, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the order-picking process.OEM: TESLA, MERCEDES
