April 2023

Barcelona, month summary.

Self-implementation is a project model for gIMM-PROCS that is increasingly demanded by our customers. To be able to use this model, an IT person or Team from the customer must be certified as GIMM-Deployer, acquiring so the competence to configure and deploy PROCS from scratch or to apply changes on an existing installation. In this cases, GIMM Team always executes quality assurance activities in the definition and the roll-out phases as well as the knowledge transfer of the new installation to the Support Team.

Self-implementations allow our customers to take ownership of the project process while reducing the implementation costs, applying synergies and being able to escalate PROCS deployments as needed. There are many examples of self-implementations as is reflected in our monthly news.

Also in April GIMM 4.0 was updated with CU133, which includes among other changes, a new functionality to be able to configure and send at the same time different alerts depending on the PLC’s statuses “Disconnected PLC” and “Non-traceability PLC”.

Please address to contact requests to receive more information about our products and services.

February 2023

Barcelona, month summary.

Small and frequent projects are very common among our customer’s requests as part of the evolution of their business. So, agility in our customization and development processes is on our DNA, putting the spotlight on reducing our times to market with different strategies as making our products self-configurable by the customer or enabling points in the product workflow for advanced configuration. Many of these cases are found in the shortlist of new projects this month.

During February we have released one cumulative update for LINCS2 2.0, CU028. The new functionalities included are:
– Material Request screen adaptation to get all MasterData fields and allow user to select which fields to display for spare wheel material request.
– In BMW MQ files, the line value received is always a blank space causing that the line mapped is '0'. To avoid this situation, LINCS 2.0 mapping process has been improved by adding the new parameter “DefaultLine” in the configuration.

You can read more about our projects in the list below and find additional details about the new functionalities in the Download Center accessible from the Customer Area . We are also very happy to receive your contact requests for more information about our products and services.
