LINCS & PROCS EMEA-UNITED KINGDOM-Fradley
This plant, which already has GIMM LINCS and PROCS for managing Just-In-Sequence and production control, needs to be expanded to manage these processes for an additional vehicle. This expansion involves duplicating the assembly line and adding 20 new workstations. Additionally, a new user interface for the GIMM PROCS workstations will be developed to simplify the assembly process for operators by providing instructions in the form of images and videos.OEM: JLR

To separate projects for customer GIMM PROCS, involving two distinct production lines. The first project included a total of 8 workstations, comprising 7 new stations and 1 shared station. LINCS EMEA-SPAIN-Martorell
The project involves rolling out in GIMM LINCS an API REST interface (which is already implemented in other sequencing picking areas of this OEM) to share the content of sequenced containers from the material supermarkets to external picking systems.OEM: SEAT
PROCS EMEA-MOROCCO-Kenitra
The project involves implementing a new production line in GIMM PROCS for producing commodities for Stellantis in Morocco. This line will consist of 15 workstations, of which 5 will be new and 10 will be refurbished from other lines. OEM: STELLANTIS, VW
PROCS AMERICA-MEXICO-Puebla
The customer is set to deploy two self-implementations within a GIMM PROCS installation. The first involves configuring a new production line consisting of 16 workstations, most of which are repurposed from other lines, allowing them to produce parts for different lines and vehicles. LINCS AMERICA-USA-Old Fort
An enhancement has been requested for the GIMM LINCS system to include two timestamps for different validation events in a cmonitoring screen. Additionally, modifications are required to the Just-In-Sequence (JIS) label to include the operator who performed the validation, or who made the label reprint.OEM: FORD

Installation and configuration of the WebPicking system at this plant, which has been successfully running a GIMM PROCS system for several years. Barcelona, month summary.We released this month a new cumulative update for GIMM 4.0, CU164, including these new features:▶️UC1523 – New interface added to GIMM with Oracle ERP. This interface is intended for declaring the containers created in a GIMM PROCS packing workstations using a webservice.▶️UC1522 – In the WebPicking application, it has been added a new selection view to select the last list pending to be validated regardless of the list code (useful for operators who need to work with more than one list code).▶️UC1399 – Improvement for the master data interface allowing the configuration of additional integration rules.All the details about our products and new releases are available for our customers in the Download Center accessible from the Download Center .
